We collect only the data we need to calculate a price, handle your order and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell it and we do not use advertising cookies.

1. Who is the controller

The controller is 8888 Servis s. r. o., Jenisejská 45A, 040 12 Košice, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 55 609 830, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, section Sro, insert No. 57274/V.

For anything concerning personal data, write to us at jakub.novak@boostello.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer because the law does not require us to.

We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Personal Data Protection Act No. 18/2018 Coll. (zákon č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov).

2. What data we process and why

Providing the data in an order is necessary to conclude the contract. Without it we cannot process your order.

3. Analytics and cookies

We measure traffic with Umami, which we run on our own server. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and produces only aggregate statistics, for example how many people visited a page. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your browser stores in its own storage only what is necessary for the website to work: the uploaded model until we hand it to the calculator, and details you have partly filled in on a form so that you do not have to type them again. This data stays on your device and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. The following services help us with it, and they process it only on our instructions or to the extent necessary for their role:

Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany: servers that run the calculation, the order database and stored models (data centres in the EU);
Vercel Inc., USA: website hosting;
WebSupport s. r. o., Slovakia: sending emails;
Fio banka, a. s.: running our bank account and receiving payments;
contracted courier: name, address, phone and email for delivering the parcel;
external accountant: accounting documents;
European Commission (VIES system) and the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic (register of organisations): verifying VAT numbers and looking up company details;
jsDelivr and Cloudflare: networks from which the calculator loads libraries for the 3D preview and the QR code. When loading, they can see your IP address.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Vercel, jsDelivr, Cloudflare) may also process data in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Automated price calculation

The price and lead time are calculated by a program from the properties of the uploaded model. This is not a decision about you as a person and has no legal effect on you. We do not carry out profiling.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

know what data we process about you and receive a copy of it;
have inaccurate data corrected;
request erasure of data if we no longer need it or are not allowed to process it;
request restriction of processing;
receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format (portability);
object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Just send us an email. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. We cannot delete accounting documents before the statutory period has expired.

If you believe we are handling your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava.

8. Security

The website and the calculator communicate only in encrypted form (HTTPS). Only our operations team has access to orders and models, and access is password protected. We automatically delete models that did not lead to an order after 30 days.

9. Changes

This document applies from 1 November 2026. If we change it, we will publish the current version on this page. In case of any difference between the language versions, the Slovak version prevails.
